Sales, profits and EPS are all up; EPS by 50%.
Of the 21% growth in sales: 5.5% is organic, 7.5% due to Laing and 8% due to foreign exchange movements.
Profit is up across all territories.
The Laing acquisition is integrating well, with expected synergies.
The outlook is very strong: the business has momentum, and it’s getting stronger. They are cash generative, with reduced debt. There has been consistent EPS growth, which will continue; and the dividends are increasing.
